Propel is an admissions and GMAT/GRE consultancy focused on top MBA programs. Beyond acceptance, our goal is also to build self-understanding and communication skills so that clients will benefit throughout their careers, in fields like finance, consulting, technology, product management, or entrepreneurship.

Our founder Sam is a graduate of Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (BS, Finance/Health Care Management) and Stanford University (MS, Management Science and Engineering). With 10 years of experience as a GMAT/LSAT tutor and admissions consultant for business and law school, he has a passion for using his writing skills (800 GRE Verbal and Quant, 6.0 Analytical Writing) to assist clients. He has also worked in investment banking and served as an interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania Secondary School Committee. As the founder of Propel Consulting, he takes a visual, data-driven, and personalized approach to MBA admissions and GMAT/GRE prep.
